Richard D. Czerniawski and Michael W. Maloney are managing partners of Brand Development Network International, Inc.  They are both successful former client marketing managers and advertisers with Fortune Top 100 companies.  Richard and Mike are co-authors of the book Creating Brand Loyalty:  The Management of Power Positioning and Really Great Advertising, which was originally published by AMACOM (The American Management Association's book publishing Division).  The book has received critical acclaim from marketers and has been heralded as a "bible" for today's marketing managers.  This year they published their second co-authored book, the well received COMPETITIVE POSITIONING, Best Practices For Creating Brand Loyalty.  They also co-author and publish DISPATCHESTM, weekly email articles to the marketing community regarding marketing excellence, brand building, brand positioning and marketing communications (most notably advertising) development towards the common objective of creating brand loyalty.
