MOST IMPORTANT 'P' IN MARKETING
What’s the “most important ‘P’ in marketing?” It’s not product, nor is it pricing, place, of promotion. Instead, it’s positioning, namely “Brand” Positioning. It is critically important for marketers to get positioning right to transform mere products into brands that command a competitive advantage in the marketplace. If not they will need to rely on marketing muscle, which few marketers seem to have (given ongoing budget cuts) or are inclined to us these days.
