The objectives of this 2-day workshop are to:

  1. Renew learnings from, and gain experience using principles and practices of the Strategic Positioning & Communications College I program.
  1. Utilize the collective wisdom of the client team to:
  • Strengthen Brand Positioning Strategy Statements; 
  • Identify options for testing through marketing research against the target customer audience;
  • Review marketing communications to ensure achievement of Power Positioning and compelling messaging;
  • Maximize the effectiveness of the brand positioning statements, both technically and strategically.
The Summit assists in institutionalizing best practices for the development of brand positioning and leadership communications for the organization in creating brand loyalty.
